What if instead of Jolteon, Manectric evolves in Raikou?
Cant be, manectric 93rd gen) was “Discovered” after Raikou (2nd gen) or Jolteon (1st gen). it makes more sence that Jolteon evolves into raikou because it came before raikou, and it also fits the Eevee theory :P
